ESS (Enzyme Secretion Stimulator) is a patented solution (No. 10-0716650) developed through a strategic partnership between the National Institute of Animal Science and SOLTON Biochem Inc.
In the rumen, a significant portion of feed remains undigested because approximately 70% of microbial enzymes are trapped within cells or bound to cell walls, limiting their digestive activity. ESS breaks this barrier by stimulating the release of these intercellular and cell-bound enzymes into the rumen environment. By mobilizing these previously unavailable enzymes, ESS significantly enhances feed digestibility and optimizes the nutritional performance of ruminants.
